Gift Certificate FAQ

Q: Is your website secure?

A: Absolutely. Our site is protected with SSL technology, so all  data transmitted is encrypted.  You can verify this by looking for the  prefix https at the beginning of the site address and the little lock at the end of the address bar.

Q: Do your gift certificates have an expiration date?

A: For accounting purposes, all our gift certificates have an  expiration date one year from the day of purchase. We will always honor our gift certificates; we just ask that the recipient pay the  difference if there has been a price increase since the gift certificates’ expiration date.

Q: I have a gift certificate for a one hour massage but would like to upgrade my service to a 90  minute massage.  Can I do that?

A:  Certainly.  You would just have to pay the difference between the cost of the gift certificate and the cost of the service you scheduled.

Q: Can I redeem my certificate for cash?

A: Sorry; gift certificates are only redeemable for products or services.

Q: Can I give my gift certificate to someone else?

A: Certainly. Just give us a call to change the registration.

Q: I lost my certificate. What can I do?

A: No worries. All our gift certificates are registered in our system to both the recipient and the purchaser. Just give us a call and we can look it up with some basic information.
